Public Panel
Equality in Forensics is hosting a public panel to talk about Presiding Officer reform. Bring your thoughts, your experiences, your frustrations, your ideas.
Here’s the plan:
Part 1: What’s Going On? We’re opening the floor. What’s happening in your circuit? What’s not working? How are people feeling about POs right now?
Part 2: What EIF Is Doing We’ll break down what Equality in Forenics has been working on and where things could go from here.
Part 3: Building Solutions We open things back up. Edit proposals? A fix? A long-term vision?
Moderators (tentative): Sebastian Audrey Huang Athena If you sign up, we will email you the Zoom link to the event the day it occurs, we hope to see you there!

The Objectivity of Debate Judges
"'The problem of securing competent debate judges is always with us.' Though this quote was made in 1917 by Lew Sarett and reiterated by Robert L. Scott in 1954, the issue persists today, even though our methods of informational dissemination surpass those of past generations. It should be a lot easier to teach judges how to properly judge."
